Todd Haire’s take on the Steam Beer style, inspired by the iconic Anchor Steam Beer.

This one isn’t just a nod to a traditional style, it’s a deeply personal take. It’s one of the beers that first sparked Todd’s interest in brewing, the one that set him on the path to pulling on his brewer’s boots in the first place.

What makes this release especially meaningful is that it was brewed alongside his daughter, Ella, a brewer here at Foam. A full-circle moment that ties past and present together.

There’s even more history in this glass. Anchor Steam was the beer Todd served at his wedding 30 years ago. So this beer isn’t just about revisiting a style, it’s a walk down memory lane of the moments, memories, and people that have led him here.

Our version starts with Briess Pale and Victory malt, then is hopped solely with Segal Ranch Northern Brewer hops. Expect a malt-forward profile with notes of caramel, toast, and fresh bread, balanced by a beautiful hop bitterness with a smooth, clean finish.

Outside of a limited number of draft beer going to a handful of accounts, this beer is only available in our anniversary Mixed 8-Pack. This pack includes:

Artwork for this beer as well as everything else anniversary related was created by Shawn Rice and built upon the style of the initial poster series he created back in 2016 to announce our opening.
