Looking to host a private event at Foam or Deep City?
Foam Brewers & Deep City offer a variety of rental spaces and options for food and drink. Below is an overview of what we can provide at each location along with some rental rates. All rentals are subject to approval by managers and may be unavailable during holidays and large city/brewery event weekends. Rates fluctuate depending on the day, time, and number of attendees.



Foam Rental Details
For private rentals at Foam, we are pleased to offer our full menu of food and beverage options typically available at the brewery. In addition to our regular offerings, we provide two grazing board options designed to accommodate different budgets and guest experiences. Each board features a curated selection of artisanal Vermont cheeses and charcuterie, served with a variety of premium accompaniments and three signature dips: avocado salsa, onion dip, and salmon dip.
Grazing Board Option 1 – $600 + tax & gratuity
Serves approximately 40–50 guests
Grazing Board Option 2 – $1000 + tax & gratuity
Serves approximately 60–80 guests
Additional food offerings from our sister restaurant, Deep City, may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Outdoor Rental of Foam’s Tented Back Patio Area
Partial or full rentals are available in this space. We have 11 tables, 50 covered seats, 100 standing room covered in the tent. 120 maximum space standing room. Available April – early November
Rental fees: Sunday-Thursday $300-$750 Fri-Saturday $750-$1,000
Indoor Rentals at Foam
Partial rentals are available and feature the 3 large tables along the brewhouse and the curved bar. This allows for 30 guests seated while standing room can accommodate groups of up to 45.
Partial Indoor Rates: Friday-Sunday $500 + F&B. Mon-Thursday $300 + F&B
We do not rent out the full brewery on weekends in peak season and all other full rentals of the brewery are quoted and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Deep City Details
When we’re not serving Brunch, Thursday through Monday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM., Deep City is available for private events. See sample food menus and pricing on the next page. We’re happy to work with you to accommodate most food sensitivities and preferences. Our bar features Foam beers, cocktails and quality wines.
We typically require a minimum rental fee of $500 for cocktail hour/appetizer style events. For more involved family-style dinner events, the minimum rental fee is $1,000. All events require a minimum food & beverage spend of $3,000.
In addition there will be A 11.5% meals tax applied on top of all F&B and rental fees and a 20% gratuity added to the food and beverage total. Tax and tip is not part of the minimum spend.
Indoor Space Rentals
We can accomodate up to 60 people for seated family-style dinners or up to 70 for an appetizer spread.
Patio Rentals
11 tables, 48 seats, weather dependent.
