Foam Brewers - Front of House General Manager

Foam Brewers is looking for a general manager to oversee its front of house operations at the brewery’s beer bar and venue at 112 Lake Street in Burlington, VT. Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business management with 1-2 years of management experience OR 3-5 years management experience, preferably in beverage/service industry.

- General knowledge and expertise in beer and brewing industry a plus.

Deep City Restaurant - General Manager

Deep City is looking for a general manager to oversee front of house operations at its waterfront restaurant and bar in Burlington, Vermont.  The general manager will assist the partners and executive chef with the supervision of all front of house staff and functions included but not limited to; providing an excellent customer experience, keeping an organized, clean, and inviting space, assistance with; strategic planning and sales growth goals, recruitment and training, event planning and execution, scheduling and payroll, tracking sales and inventory, curating an interesting cocktail and wine menu, being a liaison between the kitchen and FOH. Grill Cook, Experienced Line Cook

Deep City is looking to hire experienced line cooks and grill cooks. Knowledge and experience is a requirement. Experience with professional cooking over a wood-fired grill is a plus. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team under Executive Chef Christina Scifo.
