Built to Spill is our go-to Double IPA and a cornerstone of our brewing history. At 8.0%, it was the first Double IPA we ever brewed and the first beer we ever canned, and it continues to hold a special place for us.
Brewed with Citra and Galaxy, it leans into expressive hop character with notes of bright citrus, pineapple, and tangerine Despite its strength, it drinks smooth and balanced, with a full, soft body and a restrained bitterness that keeps everything in check.
It’s a beer that helped define who we are early on and still feels just as relevant every time we brew it.
