This Double IPA was brewed with the help of our friend Kevin Broderick from Whitefield Hop Yard. What sets this beer apart are its ingredients. We dry hopped Leo w/ three hops, all of which were grown, harvested and pelletized about an hour and a half east of us in East Hardwick, VT. The hops we decided on are Cascade, Centennial and one other very unique hop strain - a wild hop found and cultivated in Hardwick, VT, which have not yet been seen in modern beer. Kevin and his wife Karen have named the hop Leopold.⠀
