The third chapter in this journey began as a rich and decadent Imperial Stout. After an initial rest in stainless, we transferred this beer into bourbon barrels, where it sat quietly soaking in its surroundings for 15 months. Finally, we blended our favorite barrels and conditioned the result on Cacao Nibs from Belize and a touch of coconut that we toasted ourselves. Scene Three is an indulgent experience featuring a medley of flavors. Dark chocolate gives way to subtle berry notes, vanilla, caramelized sugar, and oak. A welcoming hint of coconut builds as the beer warms. We hope you enjoy.
