This beautifully balanced barley wine began as a single batch brewed in 2024 and and originally released in cans in the Spring of 2025. We pulled some before canning and rested for 12 months in bourbon and cherry brandy barrels, where it slowly took on layers of depth and character from the wood. After a year of aging, we blended the barrel-aged beer together, creating a barley wine that’s both bold and refined.The result is a remarkably smooth, luxurious sipper finishing at 11.5% ABV. Each sip carries notes of sweet cherry and fig, followed by a touch of vanilla. Complex, warming, and made for appreciating. Released December 2025.

Original Barleywine. A staggering grist bill featuring Maris Otter, Crystal, Caramel, and aromatic malts provides the high-gravity wort needed to brew this decadent and classic style. Clean, robust, and amber in appearance, the aroma provides notes of fruit leather, sherry, and first flush Chinese black tea. Indulgent and intensely malty, a slightly boozy body is made smooth and creamy in its carbonation which highlights layers of cherry, maple, and pecan blondies. A touch of raisin tanginess lingers on the tongue. Chinook and East Ken Golding Hops add balanced bittering with floral and herbal sweetness. Strong, but nuanced, this bold offering deserves to be savored and considered.
