------------------------------------

Please read carefully as things will operate a little differently than the past few festivals.

In consideration of the past years unusual circumstances, and the need to quickly adapt at the drop of a hat, we have chosen to forgo the all inclusive ticketed route for this years Funk On The Water festival. Instead of doing one (or two) sessions, we are presenting FOTW5 as a continuous weekend long celebration featuring a variety of mixed culture and brewer's choice beers from some of the world's greatest breweries.

Upon entry guests will pay a 1-time donation of $5 that will go directly to ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. In return, guests will receive a wrist band that grants you access for the entire weekend. Guests may then purchase 4oz samples of the 25+ festival beers currently pouring or pours of 10+ non-festival Foam offerings.

Festival beers will rotate throughout the weekend. More details on this to come.

You may leave and come back, but you may have to wait in line if we are at full capacity when you return.

This format allows us to provide an incredible experience while maintaining a lot more flexibility than pre-selling all inclusive tickets. If there is one thing we have learned working during a pandemic, it's that flexibility is essential.

[RIPPLE]
That's right, we are bringing back Ripple - an Imperial IPA brewed specifically for Funk on the Water and Echo Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. The label for this beer was designed by Pete Boardman, a local artist and art educator who's work focuses on landscapes and the Earth.
100% profits of this beer will be donated to benefit ECHO. While Lake Champlain is practically our front yard, we brewed this beer intending to raise awareness about importance of clean water to all, not just those directly impacted by Vermont largest waterbody.

[BOTTLE RELEASE]

FOTW 2021
A blend of 2018 and 2020 oak-aged Golden Sour chosen for Funk On The Water 5. The grist was comprised of Valley Pilsen malt, Nitty Gritty Grain Company Raw Redeemer wheat, Vermont raw wildflower honey and hopped with Styrian Goldings. Bottled in early 2021. 5.4% abv. Notes of tangy lemon, earthy middle eastern spice, and candied ginger.

House of Fermentology - Blue Dot
Bottled in 2019, this beer has evolved over the few years. LIke all House of Fermentology beers, they are brewed with New England grown barley malt, Vermont grown raw wheat and aged hops, this time from Homestead Hops. Blue Dot is a 2017 and 2018 barrel blend that soaked on a second run of raspberries and a first run of macerated blueberries from Isham Family Farm. We finished it off with a touch of Lemon Verbena and bottle conditioned with Vermont wildflower honey. Notes of dark stone fruit, black cherries, tart, almond, leather, and oak.
$17 / Bottle
Limit 3 Bottles per person.

[Beer For a Cause]
Access to clean water is of utmost importance. Alongside creating the best possible experience for all of you, we are driven to be a positive impact on our watershed rather than a negative one. Therefore, the proceeds from this festival will benefit the ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain to help raise awareness for the importance of clean water and how it benefits our community.

Members from ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain will be present at FOTW, with a table with displaying educational materials about what they do, what's going on in Lake Champlain, and how we can all help. They'll have some *fun* interactive activities if you want to learn more, tell your story about clean water or just get more involved.
