An acclaimed member of Vermont’s vibrant musical community, Bob Wagner is celebrated for his soulful guitar work, evocative songwriting and dynamic live performances. Join Bob and some of his favorite local musicians for a special set at Foam Brewers that will include some songs from his forthcoming debut record as well as some soulful, funky classics.

As the longtime guitarist with Vermont singer-songwriter Kat Wright, Wagner has toured nationally with performances at esteemed venues such as the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Webster Hall in NYC, NPR’s Mountain Stage and the Joy Theater in New Orleans. Additionally and most recently, Wagner began touring as part of a new lineup with Phish bassist Mike Gordon. His versatility shines through in his solo endeavors and collaborations where he seamlessly blends blues, folk, rock, soul and improvisational elements. Wagner has shared the stage with renowned artists such as The Wood Brothers, Grace Potter, Mike Gordon, Jon Fishman, Jon Cleary and Marco Benevento, showcasing his ability to connect across genres. Beyond performance Wagner is also known for organizing and leading tribute and benefit concerts. Notably, he serves as bandleader for the Hug Your Farmer music series, raising over $500,000 to date for Vermont flood relief and other local agricultural initiatives.
