It’s happening. We're 6 years old now, and while our Anniversary Celebration was supposed to happen annually, we haven’t properly celebrated since we turned 3. And so, we invite you to party with us, the way we all know how. This year, you can expect the following:

Bottles:

House of Fermentology's Connective Dots: 5.2% Golden Sour aged in oak and conditioned in stainless on dragon fruit & guava. 375ml bottles.

House of Fermentology's Green Dot 2022: 5% Wild Ale aged in white wine barrels with locally cultivated Leopold hops from Whitefield Hop Yard, following primary fermentation in oak. 500ml bottles.

There will be lots more exciting new beer releases, and an insane draft list ft. both new & throwback beers.
